iBUYPOWER prebuilt

Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700KF @ 3.60GHz

Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Edition Windows 10 Home

Version 22H2

OS build 19045.5073

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19060.1000.0

Windows stopped updating error code 0x800703F1

Have tried a system reset which failed.

Then tried to do a clean install from usb but the media creation tool will not recognize the usb because it needs to install drivers which windows can't do at the moment.

Have tried to "upgrade this computer" option from the mct as well.

Run "winver.exe" and note the OS build number. Post the info here.

Reset Windows Update using this batch file:

    https://gist.github.com/winhelponline/af9296c106448a664a6229d8146a85fd

    1. Download the zip file and extract the batch file to the desktop.
    2. Right-click on the batch file and click Properties, click "Unblock" (if present), and OK.
    3. Double-click the batch file to run it.
    4. After it completes execution, don't close it yet.
    5. Right-click on that Command Prompt window, click "Edit" and click "Select all"
    6. Right-click on that Command Prompt window, click "Edit" and click "Copy"

(This copies the output to the clipboard.)

    1. Paste the info (Ctrl + V) into your reply window.

    HI

Well, I think the problem has been solved, there have been three updates, two of which are related to security, and they have been successfully updated, and there are no problems left.
Sorry, I am the one who rushed
Thank you very much for helping me.
In addition what is the reason for these problems in your opinion so that I avoid them later
