WSL Windows Subsytem for linux The system cannot find the path specified.
I Was Uninstalled WSL and all distros last week but now I want to install it again please anyone help me I was trying it for last 2 days but it gives me a same error i have enabled wsl in windows feature but why my cmd or powershell can not recognize the WSL command
my OS Windows 11 home 23H2 latest version

2025-06-30T19:33:13+00:00 It happened to me and I fixed it. Install the wsl2 kernel from aka.ms/wsl, then o to the wsl page on github and download the installer. Now you can tun wsl --update to get the appx version that works perfectly with support for GUI apps. Run wsl --update with administrator rights and if it get stuck use wsl --update --web-download.
