What you can try to do is to repair your Windows system but the error code indicates a hardware problem.
Persistent NVIDIA GPU Issue with Code 43 on Windows 11
Despite the GPU (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Max-Q Design) being recognized in the BIOS and listed in Device Manager, it does not appear in Task Manager. As a result, my system defaults to using the integrated Intel(R) UHD Graphics.
In Device Manager, next to the driver, a Code 43 error is reported with the message 'The device has reported a problem and has been stopped.' Additionally, the NVIDIA Control Panel does not launch.
Here's a brief summary of the steps I've already attempted, unfortunately without success:
- Complete uninstallation of NVIDIA drivers in Safe Mode
- Updating drivers directly from NVIDIA's website
- Installing drivers through NVIDIA GeForce Experience
- Reinstalling the NVIDIA Control Panel
- Restarting NVIDIA Display Container LS from Services
I've noticed that my issue mirrors one discussed in a previous thread: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/nvidia-control-panel-is-not-opening-gpu-driver-is/806a0e62-384b-4d1c-9386-8900c2a2ce14
I believe this is not a hardware problem.
UPDATE: The issue has been resolved and it was a hardware issue.

2024-07-05T12:43:28+00:00 This might help or not. Please Follow up if it does:
Windows 11
1.) Press Windows logo key + I on your keyboard to open Settings. If that doesn't work, select the Start button, then select Settings.
2.) Select System > Recovery.
3.) Under Recovery options, next to Advanced startup, select Restart now.
4.) After your PC restarts to the Choose an optionscreen, select Troubleshoot> Advanced options> Startup Settings> Restart. You may be asked to enter your BitLocker recovery key.
5.) After your PC restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select 1 or press F1 to start your PC in Debugging Mode.
After PC starts in Debug mode,
Immediately Restart PC normally.
It should fix the code 43.
I am assuming that you already did all the steps here: Fix: NVIDIA Code 43 (Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems)
and it still has the code 43.
Please update this thread if it works for you too.
Thanks
