I believe it is a setting within Chrome that's enabling the Efficiency mode. You can go to Chrome Settings > Performance and turn off Memory Saver and Energy Saver and see if that helps.

Right, open the task manager click on the right button in chrome and it will have option efficiency mode click to disable.

2023-03-29T18:02:49+00:00 As mentioned, i've tried this. It doesn't work for the entire application (see picture) since only a few subprocesses are being run in efficiency mode.
And when I do this for those sub-processes, it will revert back to efficiency mode within a few minutes.
