Memory problem

my pc has the "blue screen" problem, I ran the "windows memory diagnostics" and it told that I have a memory problem that could delete some information, etc.., I want to fix this problem.

    If you blue screens were happening before you installed BitDefender, then you do need to run that MemTest86, below is a walkthrough on how to run that test . . .

    I didn't run the 4 pass scan with Memtest86 yet, I didn't know how to use it, but if is Bitdefender how is that hurting my memory? because this bluescreen thing has have occurred even before installing Bitdefender.

    Hi Isaac

    That's perfect, your minidump file just indicates memory (RAM) errors that is caused by the BitDefender VPN service

    Did you ever get to run a 4 pass scan with MemTest86, to test your RAM?

    Otherwise, I would temporarily uninstall BitDefender for awhile to see if your PC is stable . . .

    I am unable to access that file, it is not shared, we are nearly there, on Google drive, right click that file and choose Share, then click Copy Link, then paste that link into your next post on Community . . .
