My problem isn't that I cant see switch user option, it is that when clicking on switch user after Ctrl Alt Del, there is only one user.
Problem with Switching Users on Windows 10.
Hey Community Support,
I recently wanted another desktop of myself so i made a new user in Windows 10. However, when I press CTRL + ALT + DEL and then click on switch user, it just gives me my original account. It shows up on Settings --> Search --> Users.
I tried lusrmgr.msc but it says that this version is not supported by lusrmgr.msc. Go to control panel and search user instead. So how do I switch accounts now.

I am sorry. I misunderstood it. See if displaying all the local user accounts will resolve the issue.
