error code 43

Question

Hi everyone, for me this is the error (code 43) : unknown USB device (device descriptor request failed) This is the Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver and this manipulation did not work with me. Please is there a solution for this error, thank you

This time it's about rechargeable batteries.

I don't know if it's stupid on my part but I wonder if it's possible to charge the batteries with an Android mobile phone charger?! because I tried this yesterday with two brand new and completely empty batteries I just connected them together with scotch tape and connect the wire (+) with the terminals (+) and the wire (-) with the sides (-) of the batteries with scotch tape too, and I left them about 6 hours charging, after when I put them on the controller they looked charged and they were running I even played a game with, that's why today I tinkered with a charger as in the photo below , But when I came back in the evening to check them I found them empty..

Any suggestions for this ?

Is it possible to charge these batteries this way? If yes, how effective will the charging be? And do these batteries in the picture below have the characteristics for that ? If not, what will be the risks ?! ..
