System Firmware Cannot Start

System firmware is showing a code 10 error message on device manager, saying that "firmware update was unsuccessful." Could this be because I have a BIOS update? My laptop is an Asus G14 2021 model

(My laptop also froze recently and was making a buzzing noise from the speakers which I'm not sure if it is related to this or not.)

Yes a rollback of the driver is worth a try.

Please let me know what ASUS support says and if they are able to resolve the issue please mention the steps taken at that others having similar issue can be helped.

    Hi Sharez_09,

    I am Jaspreet Singh.

Did you try to update the BIOS and fail in between the process?

Yes the error can be due to a required BIOS update as well as if the device tried to update the firmware drivers ( windows usually look for updated drivers for the devices and automatically install them ) but failed.

    Try the BIOS update please.

No, I haven't tried to update BIOS before, but I'll try now.

    Thanks!
