PowerShell takes 100% of CPU in multiple processes

so I've notice that every 30-60 seconds this happens and causes my PC to slow down as hell

Windows version: 22H2, build: 22622.436 (I'm in the beta channel)

CPU: Core i7 10700K @ 3.80GHz

Windows for home | Windows 11 | Performance and system failures

    Hi parsap,

    If you completely uninstall your VPN, then restart (not shut down) your PC do those PowerShell processes still propagate on your system?

    Run Autoruns64 as Administrator

    Type powershell in the filter box in Autoruns

    Please provide a screenshot of the results of that search.
