    Hi,

There is this in the dump file:

    Unloaded modules:fffff807aaf00000 fffff807aaf10000 dddriver64Dc

The issue may be with the dddriver64Dcsa.sys which is a Dell driver.

You could try temporarily uninstalling Dell Support Assist software as Dave suggested in the following thread (or disable any Dell related services):

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/bsod-on-dell-inspiron-15-5570-with-windows-10/27f7cdc9-4859-4ccb-9cf5-4744966e9a0e

If you open the memory.dmp file in the C:\Windows folder with WinDbg and run a !devobj on the second parameter of the error it might show more information.

    Hi Craig,

    1

Go to the support page for your PC or Motherboard on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and install the version of Chipset drivers they recommend.

    2

You should completely remove the current video card device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the video card device driver.

    Hi Craig,

If you have any difficulty getting into Windows with Driver Verifier enabled:

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart

Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode

Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run these two commands, then restart your PC.

    verifier /reset

    verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail

    Hi Craig,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your minidump file just indicates memory (RAM) corruption no specific driver is listed

All your drivers and BIOS seem to be fully up to date.

To try to force Windows 10 show any faulting drivers, the best option would be to turn on Driver Verifier, let your PC crash 3 times, then you must turn off Driver Verifier, and finally, upload any newly created minidump files
