Folders of Class Notebook don't open from Microsoft Teams

Hello,

When I have started Teams, I open the Class Notebook using the Teams menu bar.

The strange thing is that when I click on the Content Library or Collaboration Space sections, nothing happens.

The sections do not open. When I open the Notebook via Office 365, these sections do work.

How can I get the sections working from Teams? Incidentally, we have created several teams whose Notebooks work properly.

By coincidence I discovered that when you create an extra folder in the Notebook, the folders can be opened.(See screenshots)

In my opinion, that is not the intention but perhaps a temporary solution.

Can someone explain why this problem is caused?

What is the best way to work with Teams and Class Notebook? Via the cloud or using the apps on your computer?

    Hello Paul Hulsbosch,

We're very sorry for the issue you are having. Class Notebook within Teams is integration features for Teams and OneNote, in my view we can use any one of them. If it doesn’t work as expected, this should be an issue. Since that sections can be opened directly through OneNote, then issue is more related with Teams app.

As I've tried but couldn’t reproduce this issue, may I confirm with you whether issue happens to all members in this Class team? And it occurs in both desktop as well as web app? Only specific sections can’t opened? If you’re using web app, try to use browser inPrivate mode, and also try to change a different browser to see if it can make any difference.

Also try to open OneNote in full mode and test it again:

    Best Regards,

    Anna

    Hello Paul Hulsbosch,

Since issue occurs in Teams Web App, and all members have been impacted, may I collect one Debug log from you in Private Message (for your privacy) for checking? In there we can check if there’s any related requests or errors recorded. To collect the log, using a browser to login Teams, then try to reproduce the issue, after done, use Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + Alt + Shift + 1 (in Windows platform), or  Option + Command + Shift+1 (in Mac platform) to collect the logs, then you can compress them to one file and upload file in private message view: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessage/inbox . Here’s more details regarding logs: Debug logs

    Thanks,

    Anna

    Hello  Anna,

Creating a Debug Log File is not working. I cannot find anywhere where the file was downloaded.

I also cannot find a clear manual explaining how to create a Debug Logfile.

The problem of the closed folders within the Teams Notebook remains.

Only when I create an extra folder in the root can you open the folders.

If you wish, you can gain access to the relevant team so that you can see what goes wrong.

    Sincerely,

    Paul Hulsbosch
