Accessing Microsoft Teams using organizational or personal credentials
Hi Felx,
I recommend to follow the guidelines in below article on deploying Teams on VDI.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams...
Hope this helps.

This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I keep getting this error for multiple users in Teams; right after signing in to their O365 accounts in Teams on the RDS.
It says something like this (I've translated it myself from swedish so probably not 100% accurate):
Something went wrong
"Your account was not configured on this device, because it was not possible to activate device handling. This device may possibly not have access to some rescources such as Wi-Fi, VPN or E-mail"
Error code: 8018001C
It works just fine for a while if I click on Done but our users needs to sign in again multiple times after signing out from the server and sometimes also during the session. The checkbox for "Keep me signed in" is filled.
The error message makes no sense at all to me.
Nothing is logged in Event Viewer.
The server is running Windows Server 2019
Any ideas? I was thinking about reinstalling Teams but I doubt it will help..

Hi!
I'm using a virtualized desktop.
They have a license called Microsoft Business 365.
Kind regards
Felix
Hi Felix404,
Thank you for your response, May I confirm if you are using a Virtualized Desktop Infrastructure or do they have their on Laptop or Desktop.
May I know also how to you license your users?
Best Regards.

Hi RegieS and thank you for your reply!
The Web app works as expected but the problem still exists in the application so your suggestion does not solve my problem unfortunately.
Kind regards
Felix
