    Tom,

Is your Outlook 32-Bit or 64-Bit? In Outlook click File, Office Account, About Outlook, at the top in bold does it say 32-Bit or 64-Bit? If you are 32-Bit, its possible the registry keys are under this path:

    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION

I don't have a 32-Bit Outlook to test this further right now. If this path exists for you try make the same changes in this path.

    Tom,

The article I posted is a couple pages back so adding it here too, Error 'This web browser does not support JavaScript or scripts are being blocked' when adding a Google Workspace account (microsoft.com).

Paste this path in Regedit and press Enter. Or, manually navigate the HKEY_CURRENT_USER tree to this location:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION

You should have FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION. Click on it and in the window on the right locate OUTLOOK.EXE. Double click on OUTLOOK.EXE, click the Decimal radio button, and set the number to 11001 and click OK.

    Gabriel,

I have the problem on both my home and office desktop computers. At home, the fixed you listed worked perfectly. On my office desktop, the REG_DWORD OUTLOOK.EXE does not exist in my registry. So now I'm stumped. Any ideas?

    Hi Kelli,

Did you get this resolved? I have the same issue - the registry does not contain REG_DWORD OUTLOOK.EXE Even stranger, I had the original problem on both my home and office desktops. The above fix corrected the issue at home, but at my office - uh uh, nope, not there.

If you have a GSuite account, download the GWSMO app from Google. It will connect Outlook to your profile. https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gssmo
