Thanks for the reply. I’m not using 365.

I just have the old Hotmail which is now Outlook.

    Anyone else have any tips?

    Thanks for any help.

I finally solved this annoying issue.

In the task bar on top of MS Outlook go to <view>

There in the layout section choose <reading pane>

    Then <options>

Uncheck the "Turn on automatic full screen reading"

    Done

There is no 'option' when I click on <reading pane>

There are only "Show on the right" , "Show on the bottom", "Hide"

    Some screen shots could help...

Has anyone found the fix for this one?

All I keep reading online is to go to view all outlook settings which doesn’t exist in the new outlook.

No fix, also the new Outlook doesn't support offline (PST/OST) files, so I would just keep on using the Outlook Classic.
