Hi,
When using the excel webapp, all menu's are in English, but excel functions are in dutch. I also want these functions to b in English. Where can I change this?

Fortunately, there's still Google Docs, where this issue was solved years ago (or probably non-existent in the first place) :)

This is indeed a basic mistake or at least oversight. I have now changed my "address" to London as it is the closest time zone to where I am (there are no English speaking countries on my time zone).
The excel formulas are now working. But I am nervous about what this will mean with all the sychronization on onedrive etc.

PS Or indeed how it will react to other locale features like currencies, decimal separators, etc.
Thanks for your feedback. It is turning out to be quite a complicated problem, but I can say that we are actively investigating. I can't promise anything at this point, but I can tell you that we hear your concerns and are very interested in improving this experience.
For now, the formula language is still based on your Country/Region, as defined for your Microsoft account.
When I switch Skydrive language to US English, the Excel web app turns to English allright.
But ... For some reason, the functions are still in Dutch, which happens to be the region I am in. I want the functions to be in English as well, like I have been doing for years. Please correct this.
