excel web app function language

Hi,

When using the excel webapp, all menu's are in English, but excel functions are in dutch. I also want these functions to b in English. Where can I change this?

    Suppose I am in France, but need to use English formula... Now... I need to go to my account and change my country?

    OK, I change to US.... But now it asks to select the the time zone! 

    I have no Paris Time Zone in the US! I have to select a US state and time zone in order to have English formula in Excel... 

    What a non-sense !
