Unable to delete Word file in an Android Device

I am trying to delete a file but Word (android GalaxyNote5) is saying I do not have permission to delete

Do I have to reset the app every time I open a file received by e-mail?

I suggest you just keep an eye on the files and reset the app every few months. The other thing you can do is not open apps from email and just save the files in a directory  and open them directly from there.

I am stuck in the same situation, until a Microsoft employee sees this and takes some action.

i want to deleted my other document but i need permission on my word before i can delete....how can i delete?....
