Hi Mykola,
Thanks for your update.
Based on your description, please try the following steps in this article:
"Sorry,
another account from your organization is already signed in on this computer" error when you try to sign in to an Office 2013 app to remove the account identities and check the result.
Note:
The article refers to Office 2013, for Office 2016, the registry key path is
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\Identities. You could firstly remove credentials with steps
below, and then remove account identities. At last restart your computer and re-sign into Office apps.
1.
Sign out your current account in Excel.
- Open
Control Panel
> search for
Credential Manager
> remove
Microsoft related credentials in both
Web Credentials and
Windows Credentials.
- Restart your computer.
WARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee
that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Edit at your own risk.
Regards,
Tisky
