"File is open in another application" Error

Dear Neha,

Since we have exactly the same issue I can provide you with the answers.

  1. The screenshot of the error
  2. It happens when one opens file saved to the OneDrive folder on PC.
  3. If I quit ObeDrive app file opens normaly (not read only) and lets edit it. If then I launch OneDrive app - file is being synced. So it looks like OneDrive app doesn't let Excel open file.

    Hi Mykola,

    Just any computer, I'd like to check whether the problem happens on other devices, you also can try signing to another account on your computer to see if the problem still happens.
