Check Document doesn't check grammar

With the new update, when I "Check Document" in word, it only checks spelling and not grammar.  It will not check grammar unless you have "check grammar as you type as an option".   I don't want to check grammar as I type, I just want to check it when I'm done.  I assumed - shame on me I guess - that "Check Document" would check both spelling and grammar.  How do I get it to check grammar without having the "check grammar as you type option on?"  Thanks

    You could try the following macro which will display the classic Spelling and Grammar dialog box:

    Sub DisplayClassicSpellCheckDialog()

    'Macro created by MVP Stefan Blom, May 2018

    On Error Resume Next

    Dialogs(wdDialogToolsSpellingAndGrammar).Show

    End Sub

    Add the macro to the Normal template and attach a keyboard shortcut to it. See also http://www.gmayor.com/installing_macro.htm.
