I've created a custom report and my fields (Patron ID, Title, First Name, Last Name, and Phone) are only visible in Design View. What Is the reason? My combo box, title and subform are all visible in each View.

OK, if the subform is linked on PatronID, are you sure that there is a record in tblPatron for every record in the Donations table. The only thing I can guess without seeing the app, is that you have records in the Donations table that don't have a matching PatronID.

    Everything seems to be connected.

Did you ever play the game called "Battle Ship" where you and your fellow player have a screen between your game set and their game set? You can guess where the ships are on that other game set, but you don't know for sure, so you have to just keep trying and trying to get enough information to find the ships?

Kinda like what's going on here. We can guess at possible reasons, but without actually SEEING your database, it'll always be just guesses.

Can we share a sample copy of the accdb to see better what's going on?
