Custom Form Fields not Visible

I've created a custom report and my fields (Patron ID, Title, First Name, Last Name, and Phone) are only visible in Design View. What Is the reason? My combo box, title and subform are all visible in each View.

    I really want to help you, but I can't see what you see and I can't work without information. You need to describe exactly what you are doing. One line answers don't hep me help you. If you would like to upload your app to some cloud storage and post a link to it, I'll take a look.
