I also faced the issue and found the reason and fixed...

So anyone facing this issue can try the below unless there is any step missing and the utility is throwing validation..

    1. Search turn windows feature on or off
    2. Click on the plus sign against .NET framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)
    3. Select the new option and that option as well
    4. click on okay.... restart the excel based utility and then try generating the json again.

By default under 365 excel data is saved to OneDrive, you have to use saveAs to name the doc

JSON files can be opened in a text editor eg notepad

    Hi VIJAY R,

Thank you for posting your question in our community, it is best to open JSON files with a text editor like notepad or notepad ++ but if you want to open the file and save using excel you can use the steps in the link below:

    https://www.howtogeek.com/775651/how-to-convert-a-json-file-to-microsoft-excel/#:~:text=Finally%2C%20to%20save%20this%20JSON%20data%20in%20Excel,%E2%80%9CSave.%E2%80%9D%20Your%20computer%E2%80%99s%20standard%20%E2%80%9Csave%E2%80%9D%20window%20will%20open.

Please note that it is a 3rd party link.

    Best Regards,
    Asher
