    Greetings! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

    You can custom it.

    File > option > advanced >Editing options.

    Uncheck "use system separators." Then you can custom it.

    Hi, is the change effective for the specific Excel file only? I would appreciate the advise on the specific cells properties change option (is there a suitable cell profile created, or possibility to add the unique cell profile by user)?

    It will be applied on all the files. Could you share some screenshot of your cells? It could be some other workaround.

    Hi, please see the comma replacing error screenshot below: the 9,07 number converts to date format after using replace"," with ".", instead of converting to 9.07
