"windows cannot find 'c:\Program Files (x86)\Mircosoft Office\root\Office16\WINWORD.EXE'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. " I have seen threads with this as a problem, but NO SOLUTION. I have rebooted, repaired (both options), reinstalled, updated, rebooted each time after. STILL nothing has allowed the app to open. Other EXE files open, but NOTHING from OFFICE.

The chains usually have some admin bemoning that the question was answered when the person gets back stating IT WAS not answered then it is locked. So Please re-read the question and rething what other options there are. It does not appear to be a EXE is associated or disassociated to its function, as other EXE files open.

    When you get a discount, there is always a catch of course. This is explained in the FAQ list on the page for which I provided a link. See the question, "What happens if I leave the company?" and its response, repeated in the screen shot below.

    Note that most users in this forum are volunteers. Even those that do get paid (for example Independent Advisors) can't make decisions on behalf of Microsoft.
