OneDrive - Review Activity Logs | Point in Time Restore

Is there a way to review the activity logs of a user account in OneDrive? specifically, the history of changes within files, folders/subfolders?

Also, can we do a restoration on files in which, syncing got interrupted for some reason resulting in data loss/mismatch?
