1.For Microsoft 365 Developer Program:

Eligibility:

Anyone interested in building Microsoft 365 solutions (e.g., Teams apps, Office Add-ins, SharePoint solutions).
Visual Studio Professional or Enterprise subscribers (including Dev Essentials members) automatically qualify for enhanced benefits.

Please note that it does not have permanently free using, you have to qualify again for renewing.

2.For Microsoft Copilot Studio Program:

Eligibility & access: available to anyone with a Microsoft account. You can start with a Free Trial or choose from flexible licensing options:

Free Trial: 30 days, extendable once.
Pay-As-You-Go: Based on message consumption.
Message Packs: $200/month for 25,000 messages.
