Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Since you’re using Microsoft 365, you can check your subscription and payment amount this way:

    • Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services
    • Make sure you’re signed in with the Microsoft account used for the subscription
    • Under Microsoft 365, select Manage
    • You’ll see your plan type, renewal date, and annual payment amount there
    • If you click Payment & billing, you can also view past charges and your payment method

If you don’t see any active subscription on that page, it usually means you’re signed in with a different Microsoft account than the one used to purchase Microsoft 365.

Let me know what you find and we can continue from there.

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

To find out your subscription information and payment amount for Microsoft 365, you can follow these steps:

    1. Access the Microsoft 365 admin center: Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. View your invoices:
      • If you're using the Simplified view, select Products, then select View invoices.
      • If you're using the Dashboard view, go to the Billing > Bills & payments page.
    3. Select an invoice: Choose an invoice from the list to view the details, which will include the amount due and the date it was paid, along with other billing information.
    4. Download your invoice: If you need a copy, you can download the .PDF version of your invoice by selecting Download and then Download invoice.

This will give you the information you need regarding your annual payment and subscription details.
