Welcome john jones,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum. I am happy to assist you.
To make sure I guide you to the right fix quickly, please confirm the following:
- Which web browser are you using to access Xfinity email?
- Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?
Regarding your case, I can see that QA Assist has already provided some helpful troubleshooting steps. However, you could also look into the following options:
Option 1: Block Site Permissions
Google Chrome
- Open Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings > Pop-ups and redirects
- Set it to Don’t allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects
- Under Not allowed, click Add and add: use pattern: [*.]xfinity.com (blocks subdomains too)
Microsoft Edge
- Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Site permissions > All permissions
- Open Pop-ups and redirects and toggle Blocked (recommended) ON
- Besides, Not allowed to send pop-ups or use redirects > select Add site > copy the URL and click Add
Option 2: Contact Xfinity support
- If the issue persists, it may be best to reach out to Xfinity Support for more specific guidance related to their email platform
Please understand that my initial reply may not always immediately resolve the issue. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
