I got charged for something I did not buy. The charge was for $360 for copilot something. I'm not even home and couldn't make that purchase.

    Hi @Colin Morris

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern regarding a purchase that you didn’t make of Microsoft Copilot licenses. I can totally understand the importance to find out the cause of the transaction in your account.

Since you’re using a business account, the best way to investigate this billing charge is to create a support ticket with Microsoft’s Billing team. They can review the invoice, verify the credit card charge, and provide further assistance. This ensures your request is handled securely and appropriately.

Please try these steps below to get in touch with the Billing team:

Option 1: Create support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center

    • First, sign into the Microsoft 365 Admin Center with your admin account.
    • Next, open Help & Support by selecting the green button on the dashboard, so the support panel appears.

    • Please keep Tenant Name, Primary Domain, Global Admin Email, and payment proof (transaction ID or screenshot) ready.

Option 2: Reach out to Microsoft support via phone

Moreover, if you cannot sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center, please contact Microsoft Support via phone number: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

    • Select your country/region own phone number for support.

If you have been charged for a purchase you did not authorize, it is important to act quickly. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Check Your Account: Log into your Microsoft account and check your purchase history to confirm the charge.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: You can reach out to Microsoft Customer Service for assistance. They can help you dispute the charge and investigate any unauthorized transactions. You can do this by visiting the Microsoft support page and selecting the appropriate options to contact support.
    3. Secure Your Account: If you suspect that your account may have been compromised, change your password immediately and review your account settings.
    4. Monitor Your Financial Statements: Keep an eye on your bank statements for any other unauthorized charges.
