Certificate not generated

Hi,

I am not able to see the cerificate and credential id for the DevOps exam which I have passed. Below are the details. Please do the needfull.

Exams are not certifications. The AZ-400 exam is only part of the requirements for the Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification. You must also hold an active Azure Administrator or Azure Developer Associate certification.

Exam results can take up to 24 hours to appear as a certification, and certificates are only issued once all requirements for a certification are met. If the AZ-400 exam was passed and the corresponding certification is still not visible or no certificate/credential ID is shown, follow these steps:

1. Verify the certification requirement
   • AZ-400 is part of the requirements for Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert.
   • Confirm on the AZ-400 and DevOps Engineer certification pages that all required exams for the certification have been passed.
2. Confirm the correct Learn profile
   • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and ensure the correct account is used.
   • If multiple Learn profiles or login accounts exist (personal vs. work/school), sign in with any account that might have been used when registering for the exam.
   • Use the guidance in Missing Exams or Certifications to verify that the credential was actually earned and that the correct profile is being checked.
3. Check where certifications and certificates now appear
   • Certifications are listed under the Credentials section of the Learn profile (Certifications tab).
   • Certificates, badges, and transcripts are accessed via the Certification area described in Access your certificates, badges, and transcript. From there, certificates can be viewed, printed, and saved as PDF.
4. If the certificate or exam is still missing
   • If the exam or certification does not appear after verifying the above, open a support request with the dedicated credentials support team, as forum moderators and peers cannot access individual records.
   • Use Microsoft Credentials Support as described in the Q&A guidance to submit a ticket for missing certificates or exams.

These steps align with the official process for missing certifications and certificates and route the case to the team that can investigate account-specific issues.
