Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
For home Microsoft 365 and billing issues, direct contact with Microsoft Support is required because community forums cannot access account or payment details.
To reach a human for billing help as a home user:
- Go to the Get Help entry point for home users: select the Get help button on this page: Get Help.
- Describe the billing problem in the text box.
- Follow the prompts; if self-help does not resolve the issue, choose an option such as Contact Support, Chat, or Request a call. A support agent can then review charges, subscriptions, and refunds.
If the issue is with a past-due or duplicate charge and self-service changes do not work, use the same Get Help flow and select a billing-related category (for example, “Billing and Payment updates”) so the case routes to the billing team.
If accessibility assistance is needed (for example, using assistive technologies), contact the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk for technical support options including phone and chat.
