    Greetings!

This is Tin, if you're using the Outlook app, on the right upper part of the app, you'll see a toggle option to turn on the New Outlook, just toggle it on and it should be good.

Please let me know if you have question. I'm just here.

    Thanks,

    Tin

To speak directly with a Support Agent about switching from classic Outlook to the new Outlook for Windows, use the in-app support options or Microsoft support channels, depending on the account type.

    1. In new Outlook for Windows (if already installed)
      • Select Help in the app.
      • Choose Support to contact support or Feedback to report an issue or request help.
      • Eligibility for in-app support:
        • Microsoft account: Eligible if associated with an active Microsoft 365 subscription.
        • Work or school account: Eligible unless your admin has disabled support; if disabled, contact your IT admin.
        • Tenant admin account: Eligible.
    2. If you need help installing or moving from classic to new Outlook
      • New Outlook for Windows is the recommended experience and is available on Windows with supported accounts. For general onboarding and help, see Getting started with the new Outlook for Windows, then use Help → Support inside the app for live assistance.
    3. If in-app support is not available
      • For consumer Outlook.com/Hotmail accounts in a browser, sign in at Outlook.com, select Help in the ribbon, describe the issue, then choose Still need help? → Chat with a support agent in your web browser (when offered) to reach a live agent.

These paths connect directly to Microsoft Support agents who can assist with switching from classic Outlook to the new Outlook experience.
