You are informed before the exam starts that you will not get the results until after the exam exits beta period.

You are informed after the exam that you will get your results two weeks after the exam goes live

When you complete a beta exam, you won’t receive a score immediately because the scoring model for the exam is not yet finalized. If you’ve taken a beta exam, you’ll receive your score about 10 days after the exam becomes available worldwide or “goes live” -- approximately 10-12 weeks after the beta period begins. This time reflects a comprehensive process including statistically analyzing results and data, evaluating the performance of each question and reading and evaluating all comments provided during the beta exam. As a result, you may not receive a score for 14 weeks depending on when in the beta process you took the exam. Please note that the beta exam process and the time it takes to receive your results may vary.

Beta exam scores are not available immediately, and the normal score-reporting flow is different from live exams.

    For Microsoft beta certification exams:

    1. Beta exams are scored only after the exam goes live. Until then, no pass/fail result or email is issued.
    2. Passing a beta exam counts toward the certification; there is no need to retake the live version.
    3. If the beta exam is already live and at least 10 days have passed, the score should normally appear in the Learn profile under the Certifications section. If it does not:
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and open the Certifications area of the profile.
      • If the exam result is still missing and at least two weeks have passed since the exam went live, contact the exam delivery provider first.
      • If the score still does not appear in the Learn profile after that, contact Microsoft Credentials Support using the official support channel.

Because the exam was a beta, it is expected that there is a delay between the exam date and when the result appears or emails are sent. The result will only be visible after Microsoft completes the beta scoring and the exam is made live.
