For most Microsoft certification exams, results are usually available within minutes and appear in the Microsoft Learn profile within 24 hours. Since it has already been more than 5 days and the result is not visible in either the Microsoft Learn profile or the Pearson VUE dashboard, this needs support intervention.
Take these steps:
- Verify the correct Learn account
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn using the same personal Microsoft account used to schedule the exam.
- Go to the Credentials → Certifications tab and check both Certifications and Past exams sections.
- If there are multiple Microsoft accounts (personal, work, or school), sign out and try each one to ensure the correct profile is being checked.
- Use the guidance in Missing Exams or Certifications to confirm requirements and account.
- Check Pearson VUE again
- From the Learn profile, under Past exams, select View details on provider site to open the Pearson VUE dashboard and confirm whether the exam shows as delivered and scored.
- If the exam or result is still missing
- Follow the steps in the Missing Exams or Certifications article and then contact Microsoft Credentials Support for investigation and correction of missing results or certifications.
- If Pearson VUE previously confirmed delivery but the result is not in Learn, include that information in the support request.
Because the normal 24-hour window has passed, contacting Microsoft Credentials Support as described in the documentation is required to resolve this.
