I canceled my office 365 subscription.

It was supposed to be refunded if cancelation is done within a month.

I would like to get a refund.

Thank you.

    Hi,

Please note that once the cancellation has been processed, refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to your original payment method.

If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly so they can further check the status of the refund for you.

    Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

    • Sign in to your Microsoft account

    • Select Microsoft 365, then click Get Home Support

    • Type "Chat with an agent" in the text field and press Enter

    • Click Contact Support at the bottom

    • Select the product you need help with

    • Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or request a callback

Refund eligibility for a Microsoft 365 subscription depends on Microsoft’s refund and cancellation policy and the country where the subscription was purchased.

To get a refund, the subscription must first be canceled. After cancellation, refunds are processed according to the rules for the region and subscription type. Not all cancellations result in a refund.

    Steps to verify and proceed:

    1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365 and sign in with the same Microsoft account that was used to purchase the Microsoft 365 subscription.
    2. Locate the Microsoft 365 subscription and select Manage.
    3. Confirm that the subscription shows as canceled.
    4. Use the guided self-help tool for Microsoft 365 refunds by selecting Get help refunding your Microsoft 365 subscription and then Start on the refund help page. This tool will walk through eligibility and next steps.
    5. If the subscription was purchased in a country that supports prorated refunds (for example, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Israel, Korea, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Turkey), cancellation may entitle to a prorated refund as described in the refund policy.

If additional help is needed after following these steps, contact Microsoft Support via the Contact Support option on the cancellation/refund help page and provide subscription and billing details so they can review refund eligibility.
