I cannot sign in using my business account - it says it is personal. Four months and no answers; you just keep billing me and disallowing me to cancel or login to see the charges. Then no phone support . We need answers NOW.

I am using a BUSINESS EMAIL - not a personal one. And I keep getting this message:

The sign-in page in the screenshot is for work or school (Microsoft Entra ID) accounts only. It blocks personal Microsoft accounts (MSA) and shows the message “You can’t sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead.”

For cancelling a Microsoft 365/Visio Plan 2 business subscription, cancellation must be done by a user with admin permissions in the Microsoft 365 admin center, not with a personal account:

    1. A global or billing admin signs in at the Microsoft 365 admin center (https://admin.microsoft.com) using the work or school account that owns the Visio Plan 2 subscription.
    2. Go to Billing > Your products.
    3. Select the Visio Plan 2 subscription.
    4. In Billing settings, either:
      • Turn off recurring billing (so it expires at the end of the term), or
      • Select Cancel subscription, then choose whether to cancel immediately or before the next renewal date.

If the subscription was purchased through a third-party retailer (for example, app store or reseller) instead of directly from Microsoft, cancellation and billing must be handled with that retailer’s support, not via the Microsoft 365 admin center.

If there is no way to sign in with the correct work or school account or recover it, cancellation through Microsoft is not possible from the portal; in that case, the practical option is to stop payment at the bank or card issuer level, as described in the referenced guidance.
