    Hi @Equus Environmental

Regarding your issue, to change the email for payment notifications, you'll need to update it from the Microsoft 365 admin center. The steps depend on your billing account type either MCA (Microsoft Customer Agreement) or MOSA (Microsoft Online Services Agreement). You can check which one you have by going to Billing > Billing accounts in the admin center.

If you have an MCA billing account:

    • To add more recipients, go to Billing > Billing accounts, select your account, open the Billing profiles tab, and edit the recipients under Invoice & billing notifications.

If you have an MOSA billing account:

    • To change who receives them, go to Billing > Billing notifications, then select Change Billing admins or Change Global admins to add or remove users.

For more details, please refer to: Change who receives billing notifications

Hopefully it will help work with your issue and if you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.

For Microsoft 365 business billing/payment notifications, use the Billing notifications page in the Microsoft 365 admin center. The exact steps depend on what you want to change.

To change who receives billing/payment notifications (by billing account type):

    1. First confirm your billing account type (MCA vs MOSA) as described in the prerequisites on the Billing notifications page.
    2. If you have an MCA billing account type:
      • Billing notification emails are sent to the primary email addresses of users with one of these roles:
        • Billing profile owner
        • Billing profile contributor
        • Invoice manager
      • To change who receives notifications, change which users have these roles on the relevant billing profile (see Assign billing profile roles in the referenced article).
      • To add additional recipients for invoices/notifications:
        1. In the admin center, go to Billing > Billing accounts.
        2. Select the billing account, then the Billing profiles tab.
        3. Select the billing profile to update.
        4. In Invoice and billing notifications – Additional recipients, select Edit recipients.
        5. In Additional recipients (optional), enter each email address, select the box that appears for each, then select Save changes.
    3. If you have an MOSA billing account type:
      • Billing notifications go to the primary and alternate email addresses of all Global admins and Billing admins.
      • To change who receives notifications, change who has these roles:
        1. In the admin center, go to Billing > Billing notifications.
        2. In Admins receiving Billing notifications, select Change Billing admins or Change Global admins.
        3. On the Assigned tab, select Add users, search and add the users who should receive notifications, then select Add.
        4. To stop someone receiving notifications, in the same pane select the user and choose Remove, then confirm.

To change the email addresses used for billing notifications:

    1. Change the email addresses for admins:
      • In the admin center, go to Billing > Billing notifications.
      • In Admins receiving billing notifications, select a name.
      • In the right pane, update the primary and alternate email address fields as needed, then select Save.
    2. Change the organization contact email (also receives billing notifications):
      • In the admin center, go to Billing > Billing notifications.
      • Under Organization contact receiving billing notifications, select the organization contact.
      • In the organization details pane, enter the new contact email address and select Save.
    3. Change the language of billing notification emails (if needed):
      • In the admin center, go to Billing > Billing notifications.
      • In Billing notification settings, select Edit notification settings.
      • Under Preferred language, choose the language and select Save.

These changes control which email addresses receive Microsoft 365 billing/payment notifications for the organization.
