I found out how to cancel my subscription, however I would like a refund. How can I speak to someone to talk about a refund since I was unaware of this free trial?

      • Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the subscription.
      • Verify the subscription (for example, Microsoft 365) and its billing status.
    2. Check refund eligibility and request a refund online:
      • Follow the guidance in the Microsoft subscription refund article to see if the subscription is eligible for a refund and submit a request if available.
    3. Contact Microsoft Support to speak with someone:
      • Go to Contact Microsoft Support (for home users): https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2258619
      • Enter the issue (for example, “billing” or “refund for Microsoft 365 trial”), then select Get Help.
      • If more help is needed, choose Contact Support.
      • Select the appropriate product category (Microsoft 365 & Office) and billing/subscription topic, then choose Chat with a support agent or request a call, depending on what is offered in the region.

If the subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play on iOS, cancellation and refund must be requested directly from Apple or Google, as noted in the refund guidance.
