    Hi,

Please connect the BT headphone, then let me check the status first.

Please type "mmsys.cpl" without quotes in the Run dialog box and Press Enter.

Take a screenshot of Playback Tab and post in the next reply.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

Use the working laptop as a baseline and focus troubleshooting on the Windows 11 PC:

    1. Confirm Bluetooth is on and the device is in pairing mode
      • On the PC, select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices and make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
      • Put the headphones into pairing mode (often requires holding a button until the LED flashes) and keep them close to the PC.
    2. Remove and re-add the headphones on the PC
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      • If the headphones appear in the list, select More options (…) > Remove device.
      • Select Add device, choose Bluetooth, then select the headphones when they appear and complete pairing.
    3. Check battery and power-cycle the headphones
      • Fully charge the headphones.
      • Turn them off and back on, then try pairing again.
    4. Restart Bluetooth and the PC
      • In Settings > Bluetooth & devices, turn Bluetooth off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on and try to connect again.
      • If that fails, restart the PC: Start > Power > Restart and retry pairing.
    5. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter (Windows 11)
    6. Update Bluetooth drivers and Windows
      • Open Device Manager, expand Bluetooth, right-click the Bluetooth adapter, and select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software.
      • Then go to Start > Settings > Windows Update and select Check for updates, install any available updates, and restart if prompted.

If the headphones still only work on the laptop, repeat steps 2–4 to ensure any stale pairing or driver state on the PC is cleared before trying again.
