For personal subscriptions (Microsoft 365 Basic, Personal, Family, or Premium)
To check refund eligibility on a subscription you purchased from Microsoft, you will need to cancel it first.
- Go to account.microsoft.com/services
- Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the purchase
- Select Cancel subscription (or Upgrade or Cancel)
