Good morning,

There has been a charge of $129.99 that has come out of our business account multiple times and would like to speak with someone regarding this issue. I have tried calling and cannot get a human on the phone to speak about this concern. It was for our yearly renewal subscription with Microsoft 365. Looking forward hearing from you.

Multiple charges of $129.99 for a Microsoft 365 business renewal indicate a billing issue that must be handled by Microsoft Billing Support, as only they can access and adjust the billing profile and process refunds.

For a business subscription, the recommended path is:

    1. Sign in as a Microsoft 365 admin at admin.microsoft.com with the admin account for the business subscription.
    2. In the Microsoft 365 admin center, select the Help & support (green) button, usually at the bottom-right of the dashboard.
    3. In the help pane, enter a short description such as “Multiple charges of $129.99 for yearly Microsoft 365 renewal” and submit.
    4. Choose “Contact support” when offered, then select preferred contact method (call back or chat), time zone, and language.
    5. Provide details of the duplicate charges (dates, last 4 digits of the card, and that it is a yearly Microsoft 365 renewal) and submit the request.

If not an admin, contact the person or IT provider who manages Microsoft 365 for the organization and ask them to open this support ticket.

In parallel, review the charges and subscriptions:

    1. Go to the Manage your payments page of the Microsoft account dashboard and select “Investigate” next to the charge to identify which subscription and account are involved.
    2. Check whether there are multiple Microsoft 365 subscriptions or multiple accounts using the same card, which can cause apparent double billing.
    3. If the investigation shows a forgotten or duplicate subscription, use the subscription’s management page to cancel or adjust it as needed.

If the billing support team or the investigation tool cannot locate one of the charges under any Microsoft account, contact the bank or card issuer to dispute that specific transaction as potentially unauthorized.
