Phone calls cannot be made. To get direct help with accessing paid subscriptions, use Microsoft’s official support channels:
- Go to the Microsoft Support contact page: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/
- Sign in with the Microsoft account that owns the subscriptions.
- In the search box, type a short description such as “subscription access issue” and press Enter.
- Select Get Help, then choose Contact support.
- Under Products & services, select the category that matches the subscription (for example, Microsoft 365 & Office, Microsoft account & billing, or Microsoft Store).
- Follow the prompts until the options Chat with a support agent or Call me back appear, then choose the preferred method.
If the issue is specifically billing-related (for example, unrecognized or incorrect charges), contacting Microsoft Customer Service via the same Get Help → Contact support flow is required so an agent can securely review the account and subscriptions.
For business accounts, phone numbers may be available in the regional list at: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2. For personal accounts, use the Get Help option on that page to reach support.
Do not post personal phone numbers publicly; use the secure support channels above so Microsoft can safely assist with account-specific issues.
