Lost Minecraft account because i didn't migrate from Mojang

I've bought Minecraft at 14.04.2011, those days i was playing a lot ;) but later IRL came harder and forgot about that, even didn't noticed there was migration at 2023.

Can i have somehow recovered my account? Got my email from Mojang that my purchase was complete.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know on what happened that you have missed the migration for your Minecraft account.

For this, the mandatory migration window for older Mojang accounts to transfer to Microsoft accounts officially closed on December 18, 2023 and there were extension that happened along the way to give ample time for the players.

Because this hard deadline has passed, unmigrated accounts are permanently deleted, and Minecraft Support no longer possesses the tools to recover or migrate them.

A legacy Mojang account that was never migrated to a Microsoft account cannot be recovered through normal Microsoft account tools once the migration deadline has passed. Recovery options depend entirely on whether the underlying Microsoft account still exists and can be accessed.

Given the situation:

1. First confirm whether the email used for the 2011 Mojang purchase is (or ever became) a Microsoft account:
   • Go to https://account.microsoft.com and enter that email.
   • If a password prompt appears, that email is a Microsoft account; try signing in or use Forgot password? to reset it.
   • If the message "We couldn't find an account with that username" or "That Microsoft account doesn't exist" appears, that email is not currently a Microsoft account. See whether the account may have been closed by following How to check if your email address is a Microsoft account.
2. If the email is a Microsoft account but the password no longer works:
   • Use the Recover your account flow at https://account.live.com/password/reset and follow the steps in My username and password have stopped working.
   • If prompted for verification codes, use the security info (phone/email) still associated with that account.
3. If the email/Microsoft account was closed or deleted:
   • Check whether it can be reopened as described in Reopen your Microsoft account. If the account has been deleted beyond the grace period, it cannot be restored.
4. If access to the Microsoft account cannot be regained and the Mojang account was never migrated, there is no supported way in the provided guidance to restore that old Minecraft license via Microsoft account recovery tools. In that case, contact Minecraft Support separately (outside this context) with the old purchase email and proof of purchase to see if any alternative options are available.
