    Hey there, Lane Epstein

Please sign into your Microsoft account’s Orders page here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Once you’re signed in, this page will list all purchases and redemptions made on your Microsoft account within the last 3 months. This includes anything you’ve paid for as well as any digital codes you’ve redeemed.

If the charge doesn’t appear there, let us know. I can walk you through checking whether the payment was made using your card from the payment options section of your account, which helps identify charges that aren’t linked to an order on your account.

    Hope this helps,
    Nathan

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Kindly follow the guide on the official Microsoft website to investigate the details and locate the subscription charge from Microsoft at this link:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

If you're able to find the transaction and if this happens to be a forgotten subscription renewal, you can check if it is eligible for a refund through this link:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-get-a-refund-on-a-microsoft-subscription-67dca30b-b323-44d5-acc2-e02f9902c472

You may also try contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance in tracking the transaction:

    https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=S.HP.SmcContactUsLanding

Type "Billing Issue" > click "Get Help" > Scroll down to Sign in to Contact Support > Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and Payment Updates > Confirm > Chat with a support agent in your web browser

If you and the Support Team are unable to find the transaction in all of your accounts, you'll need to contact your financial institution/bank directly to dispute it, and they may process a refund, as this would be considered a fraudulent charge.

You may also need to have your card blocked and request a new one.

Thank you for your understanding! Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

To understand what the $107.74 charge is for and what to do next, follow these steps:

    1. Check Microsoft account order history
      • Go to the order history page at account.microsoft.com/billing.
      • Make sure the correct Microsoft account is signed in.
      • Select Payment & billing > Order history, then refine by the relevant date range.
      • Look for charges with status Completed or Redeemed that match $107.74 and review the Order details to see what product or subscription was billed.
    2. Check Microsoft subscriptions and invoices
      • Go to Subscriptions and review active and recently canceled Microsoft 365/Office or other subscriptions.
      • If a subscription was canceled less than two days before its billing date, a final charge can still occur. Check the subscription end date against the charge date.
      • If the total due is different from previous months, it may be because licenses were added/removed, the subscription renewed at a new price, or the subscription was canceled and a final balance/credit was applied.
    3. Investigate unexpected or duplicate charges
      • If there are multiple Microsoft products or Azure services, review invoices and usage in the relevant billing portals (for example, Cost analysis for Azure) to see which resource or service generated the charge.
      • If there is no matching order in the account used, repeat the order-history check with any other Microsoft accounts that might be associated with the same card.
    4. If the charge is not recognized
      • Use the steps in How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft (linked from the order history and subscription help pages in the references) to trace the charge.
      • If the charge still cannot be identified or appears incorrect, contact Microsoft Support from the billing/support links in the references and provide the charge date, amount ($107.74), and last 4 digits of the card so they can locate it.
      • If no Microsoft account is associated with the charge or fraud is suspected, contact the bank or card issuer to dispute the transaction and request a new card.
    5. Refunds and cancellation
      • If the charge is for a subscription that is no longer needed or was renewed unintentionally, follow the cancellation steps in the Microsoft 365 admin or account portal, then use the refund process described in the references to request a refund if eligible.
