hi I'm triveni i have completed AI-901 - Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals at 4 pm IST and score card has not been shown and certificate has not been recieved on that day i contacted pearson vue they said it will take 24 or 48 hrs can i know what the issue is it from our end.

The exam is in beta. You are informed of this on the exam page.

You are informed before the exam starts that you will not get the results until after the exam exits the beta period. You are also informed after the exam that you will get your results two weeks after the exam goes live. Nothing will appear in your Learn profile until after your beta exam has been scored.

For AI-901 (Azure AI Fundamentals), there are two common reasons why the score report and certificate are not visible yet:

1. Beta exam delay
   If AI-901 was taken as a beta exam, results are not released immediately. For beta exams:
   • No score is shown at the end of the exam.
   • The score is released about 10 days after the exam goes live worldwide, which is typically 10–12 weeks after the beta period starts.
   • Nothing appears on the Microsoft Learn profile until the exam is scored.
   In that case, there is no issue on the candidate side; it is simply the beta scoring timeline.
2. Normal processing delay (non‑beta)
   For non‑beta exams, it can take 24–48 hours for the result and certificate to appear on the Microsoft Learn profile. If Pearson VUE has confirmed the exam was delivered successfully, the next steps are:
   • Wait up to 48 hours for the result to sync.
   • If after that time the certification or exam is still missing, follow the guidance in “Missing Exams or Certifications”:
     • Confirm the correct Microsoft account is being used to sign in to the Learn profile.
     • Check the Credentials → Certifications tab in the Learn profile.
     • If still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support as described in that article so they can check the certification record and account linkage.

If AI-901 was indeed taken in beta, the behavior described (no score card, no certificate within 24–48 hours) is expected and not an issue from the candidate side.
