Request chat with live agent.

I worked with Vijay last week and he took over remotely and said the problem was fixed but it's come up again on 2 of my computers.

Again, i request to chat with live agent.

Thank you, BARRY

This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access.

    1

    Open Word.

At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, is your subscription then recognised correctly.

    2

If not, log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

If not, go to the Payments and Billing section, is it indicated your payment has been processed correctly.

To get real-time help from a live Microsoft support agent for a Microsoft 365/home subscription billing or payment issue, use one of these options:

    1. Go to the Microsoft Support contact page: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/
    2. Sign in with the Microsoft account that has the subscription.
    3. In the help box, briefly describe the issue (for example, “keep getting update payment message”).
    4. Select Get Help, then choose Contact support.
    5. Select the appropriate product (for example, Microsoft 365) and category (for example, Billing and Payment updates or Manage my subscription).
    6. Choose Chat with a support agent in your web browser. If available, a chat window will open to connect with a live agent. If preferred and offered, select Call me back instead.

If the issue is specifically with buying or renewing via Microsoft Store, also verify there are no overdue subscription payments and that the payment option is valid on the Payment options and Services & subscriptions pages.
