    Hello len vergosa

I’m sorry this happened. The unfamiliar verification email shown in the screenshot indicates that the account’s security information may have been changed.

Since the AI answer has already given out some really useful information. I will give my answer adding into it.

If you can reach a page saying “Security info change is still pending,” select "Let us know” to report that you did not make the change. For your reference: What does “Security info change is still pending” mean? | Microsoft Support

Otherwise, use the official Microsoft account Sign-in Helper

I truly appreciate your time and understanding.

Account recovery for a hacked Microsoft account is handled only through the automated online tools; support agents cannot directly reset the password or change account details.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Scan your devices for malware first
Before changing any passwords, run a full antivirus scan on all PCs where this account was used. If using Windows 10/11 or 8.1, turn on and run Windows Defender to ensure the device is clean.
    2. Try standard password reset
Go to the Microsoft account sign-in page and use the Reset your password option. If any of your original security info (email/phone) is still listed, use it to receive a code and regain access.
    3. If security info was changed or removed
If the hacker has removed your Gmail and other recovery options, use the dedicated recovery tools:
      • Start with the guided Sign-in Helper tool: Sign-in Helper. This helps determine the right recovery path when normal reset options no longer work.
      • If prompted, complete the Microsoft account recovery form: Account recovery form. This is the main way to prove ownership when you cannot access your security info.
    4. Prepare information before filling the recovery form
The form is detailed and automated; the more accurate information provided, the better the chance of success. Gather:
      • Old passwords used on the account.
      • Details of Microsoft services used (Outlook/Hotmail, Skype, Xbox, Minecraft, etc.).
      • Exact email subject lines sent from that account (ask friends/family you emailed).
      • Hardware ID of any Xbox console frequently used with the account.
      • Purchase details for games like Minecraft (order numbers, dates, payment methods).
      • Any other account activity information.
Answer as many questions as possible; wrong answers do not count against the request.
    5. Submit the recovery form from a familiar device/location
Complete the form from a device and location previously used to sign in (home PC, usual network). This can improve verification.
    6. Wait for the result and retry if needed
A response will be sent within 24 hours to the working email address specified at the start of the form.
      • If the account is verified, follow the instructions in that email to sign back in and then immediately change the password and review security settings.
      • If the account is not verified, the form can be retried up to two times per day, adding any extra details that can help.
    7. If recovery fails
Official guidance indicates that when a hacker has fully changed core data (sign-in email, recovery email/phone, passkeys), the account is often no longer recoverable. If repeated attempts with the recovery form and hacked-account process fail, the Microsoft account and linked purchases (including Minecraft) may be lost.
    8. After regaining access (if successful)
      • Change the password to a strong, unique one.
      • Add multiple up-to-date security methods (alternate email, phone, authenticator) via Advanced security options so future recovery is easier.
      • Review connected accounts, forwarding, and automatic replies to remove any malicious changes.

For Minecraft-specific options if the Microsoft account cannot be recovered, contact Minecraft Support separately to ask about any alternatives.
