MEEE Application error

Question

I am currently completing my MEEE renewal. However when I add the URL for my Achievements it says that I have not completed and passed the AI unit. However it clearly shows that I have completed and [assed the unit in my Achievements section. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Try these checks first, since the achievement appears completed but the application is not recognizing it:

1. Open the AI unit again and scroll through to the end of each module or unit.
   • In similar Learn completion issues, reopening the module and reaching the end again can trigger the completion status to register correctly.
2. Use the Continue button at the bottom of each unit instead of only using Next.
   • This helps Microsoft Learn properly record completion.
3. Sign out of Microsoft Learn, clear the browser cache/cookies, and sign back in.
   • This can refresh profile and achievement data.
4. Check that every required section is marked complete.
   • Verify there are no missed units, optional checks, or labs that the system still expects.
5. Try a different browser or device.
   • Browser extensions or cached session data can interfere with progress tracking.
6. Check the achievement again in the Learn profile after some time.
   • Achievement and profile updates can sometimes take time to appear consistently.
7. If the achievement still does not validate, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
   • This is the documented support path for missing or mismatched credentials and achievements.
