Sadly this didn’t help me. T
he registry setting was already present on my computer.
I setup a hyper-v instance of Windows 11, loaded iCloud and Office 2019 and it worked perfectly, the registry setting was already there also.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
After adding iCloud for Windows on my prior Windows PC, sighing into my iCloud account the options included mail, calendar and contracts. That option is not there when I install iCloud for Windows on my Windows 11 laptop. Instead, there is a statement at the top of the iCloud for Windows that says that you access these at iCloud.com. Therefore, I cannot sync my iphone calendar and contacts with Outlook I cannot find anything online that solves this problem. Surely this is possible since there are so many of us that want to sync Outlook with our iPhone.

Has anyone gotten iCloud to work on windows with custom domains? I can receive mail in outlook addressed to my custom domain, but outlook will not allow me to send email from that custom domain, just using my @icloud.com address.
After upgrading to Office 365 I no longer had the option in iCloud for Windows desktop to sync Contacts and Calendars in Outlook. After some troubleshooting, I discovered that the default mail application was no longer Outlook and was not set to any app. I had to run a repair of the Office 365 installation which set Outlook to default. I then had to remove and re-install the iCloud for Windows app which then displayed the option to sync Contacts and Calendar. The iCloud for Windows app apparently depends on the default mail app setting to add the Outlook sync option... makes sense!
I can offer some potential workarounds for your situation:
Update iCloud for Windows: Make sure you have the latest version of iCloud for Windows installed on your computer. Apple frequently releases updates to improve compatibility and address known issues. Visit the Apple Support website to download and install the latest version if you haven't already.
Check Outlook compatibility: Confirm that your version of Outlook 2013 is fully compatible with iCloud for Windows. Older versions of Outlook may not support all features or integrations. Consider upgrading to a newer version of Outlook if compatibility is a concern.
Repair or reinstall iCloud for Windows: If you already have iCloud for Windows installed, try repairing or reinstalling it. This process can sometimes resolve compatibility issues or restore missing features. To do this, go to the Control Panel in Windows, locate the "iCloud" entry, and choose the appropriate repair or uninstall option.
Use the iCloud web interface: As an alternative, you can access your iCloud Mail, Calendar, and Contacts through the iCloud website using a web browser. This method doesn't require any software installations or integrations and should work regardless of your operating system.
Contact Apple Support: If none of the above solutions work, it's recommended to reach out to Apple Support directly. They can provide the most up-to-date information and assist you further with any iCloud for Windows issues you're encountering.
Remember, the software landscape can change over time,.Therefore, staying updated with the latest software releases and checking official documentation or forums for iCloud and Windows 11 compatibility may also be helpful in finding a solution.
